    1. Life is Unpredictable: Despite meticulous planning, life can take unexpected turns. Accidents, illnesses, and unforeseen events can disrupt even the most carefully crafted plans. Accepting this unpredictability is crucial, yet many prefer the illusion of control.

    2. Everyone Faces Suffering: Pain, loss, and hardship are universal experiences. No one is exempt from suffering, whether it’s through personal loss, failure, or disappointment. This reality is hard to accept because it clashes with the desire for a trouble-free existence.
